Returns

Krambook wants its customers to be happy! If for any reason you are unhappy with the product purchased then you can return it to us for a full refund.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send to the address below. In the case of a defective product, provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. You will be liable for any shipping costs to return the item. We cannot be liable for items sent unrecorded. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will credit your account on the price paid for the item within 30 days of return.
